The agency has an extremely high selection standard for nannies and a thorough interviewing process - only a small percentage of nannies who apply to the agency are accepted onto the register.
All nannies have a minimum of 1 year's childcare experience. They speak fluent English and all have an up-to-date enhanced CRB check and a first aid certificate. We check all references thoroughly and relevant qualifications are verified. The agency only selects nannies who have demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
The agency goes out of its way to find nannies who have an extra dimension, and then seek to match their talents to the holidaying family - sporty nanny, creative nanny, musical nanny, dancing nanny, etc. Amongst our inspiring nannies are PE teachers, swimming instructors, drama and dance teachers and even a national figure skating champion!
We have nannies who have experience with children with special needs and we also have highly qualified maternity nurses.
The agency runs a totally confidential service and all nannies sign a confidentiality clause.
