Standard and tailor made packages
Standard package per week (a 'week' includes days of travel: eg. Saturday departure to Saturday return) - counting as a total of 8 days of holiday:
- 45 hours per week, 7 day week ('free' day should be a non-travel day) not including babysitting
- 14 hours of night-time babysitting – spread over maximum 4 nights
- Hours and nights to be formalised between client and nanny. However, each day to begin no earlier than 7am and finish no later than 7pm (other than babysitting)
- Nanny can help on both days of travel as part of their hours
- £425 for one week, £795 for two weeks *
- No registration fee
Standard Plus package per week (a ‘week’ includes days of travel: eg. Saturday departure to Saturday return) - counting as a total of 8 days of holiday:
- 60 hours per week, 7 day week ('free' day should be a non-travel day) not including babysitting
- 18 hours of night-time babysitting – spread over maximum 5 nights
- Hours and nights to be formalised between client and nanny. However, each day to begin no earlier than 7am and finish no later than 7pm (other than babysitting)
- Nanny can help on both days of travel as part of their hours
- £560 for one week, £1050 for two weeks *
- No registration fee
It is the responsibility of the family to pay for the nanny’s flight, accommodation, food and drink, travel insurance and expenses to and from interview and airport. Travel insurance will be booked and organised by Holiday Nanny – through etravelinsurance.co.uk – and will be invoiced with the final invoice.
We can put together alternative packages – there is no restriction on the length of package – we will be guided by your requirements – it is your holiday!
Our nannies will share a room with a child and can also be responsible for having a baby monitor overnight - there is a small supplement for both of these options.
As well as nannies, we can also supply maternity nurses to give full 5/6 day week, 24 hour coverage - please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will advise you of cost.
Payment terms: 50% on confirmation of booking, balance due no later than 28 days prior to the date of travel.
NB: Childcare ratios – no more than 3 children under 14 per nanny and no more than 2 children per nanny under age of 24 months at date of travel.
* From 2008, Families who book a Holiday Nanny over Christmas Day and/or New Years Day will incur an additional £50 for one of those dates or £100 for both of those dates.
