Hayley and Heidi were very pro-active and helpful. They were very adaptable to the timetable of the holiday and very cheerful and friendly. Excellent with children, especially with the 1 year old who Hayley played with and entertained. Also very good distracting and caring for the 2 1/2 year old who found it a bit tricky when I left. The girls were very easy to be with and extremely reliable. They couldn't have been more lovely. My sister-in-law and I were happy and confident to leave the children with them from Day 1 and the girls formed a fantastic bond with all the children straight away. Thank you for giving us a holiday!

Fiona was pro-active in looking after our son. She brought lots of pens and colouring books to play with while waiting in the airport, and built up a rapport with him very quickly. He really enjoyed all the games and crafts she brought with her, as well as playing together by the pool and at the beach. We would highly recommend her to other families.

Marta was everything we expected and more. She was a complete job to have on holiday. She arrived as we were getting ready to leave for the airport and our 19 month old son was being very difficult about putting his shoes on. Marta walked in and had his shoes on in seconds and before we knew it they were walking to the car together. The start of a very happy relationship. Our son was happy, we were happy and Marta coped brilliantly with the whole extended family - it was a pleasure having her on holiday with us in every respect.

“We met Jess, our assigned nanny, at 5am(!) at Gatwick and, within minutes, knew we had made a fantastic decision. From the off, and considering the time of day, she was so friendly, energetic and helpful and built up an immediate and lovely rapport with William. We were a little sceptical as to how our "terrible two year old" would take to a stranger but it wasn't a problem at all - and so half the battle was already won. This is testament to Jess whose boundless enthusiasm and warmth instantly won him over. Jess was equally at ease with 6 month old Patrick - keeping him entertained and happy at all times. Jess is unquestionably a natural at her job and nothing seemed like too much trouble for her.”
